These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and wow88 (hereinafter "wow88", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://wow88.casa and all associated subdomains, mobile sites, and applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using the wow88 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. In order to open and maintain an Account with wow88, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wow88 operates a strict minimum age policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or prohibited by court order from entering into contracts are not eligible.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling, or from which wow88 has determined it is not commercially or legally appropriate to accept Players.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. wow88 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the accuracy of registration details at any time.

4.1  To register an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and preferred contact details.

4.2  You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.3  You must notify wow88 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your credentials. wow88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their login details.

4.4  wow88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.5  Account registration and use of the Platform is available in English. All communication between wow88 and its players will be conducted in English.

5.1  wow88 is required to conduct identity and address verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling frameworks.

5.2  wow88 may at any time request any or all of the following documents from a Player:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months);
• A selfie or photograph of the Player holding their identification document;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Account (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of an e-wallet account).

5.3  wow88 will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Players are strongly encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting payouts.

5.4  All documents submitted for KYC are processed and stored in accordance with wow88's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6.1  Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the wow88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wow88 does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.

6.2  Accepted Payment Methods. wow88 supports the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at wow88's discretion.

6.3  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotion. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to payment method limits and any applicable VIP tier adjustments.

6.4  Deposits for Gambling Purposes Only. All funds deposited into a wow88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Players confirm that deposited funds represent lawfully obtained monies.

6.5  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed once KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. wow88 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within the same business day; however, actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

6.6  Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility. wow88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal.

6.7  Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. wow88 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule communicated to Players at the time of dormancy notification.

7.1  wow88 offers various promotions, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount applies.

7.3  Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages. Full details are available in the relevant promotion terms.

7.4  Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.

7.5  Anti-Abuse. wow88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from bonus funds, and terminate Accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonuses (hedging), or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.

7.6  Bonuses are available to Malaysian-resident Players only unless expressly stated otherwise.

8.1  All bets placed on the wow88 Platform — whether on sports markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events) or on casino games — are final once confirmed. wow88 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where specifically provided for under game-specific rules.

8.2  wow88 operates sports markets based on odds provided by its licensed data and sportsbook partners. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, wow88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

8.3  Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits may be adjusted for individual Accounts, particularly at higher VIP tiers.

8.4  All casino games operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by any party, including wow88 staff.

8.5  In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's electronic records shall constitute the definitive record of events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wow88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per person or household;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, whether in poker, live dealer games, or any other format;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to wow88 immediately;
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting using Platform bonus funds;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt Platform operations in any manner;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person using that person's credentials.

wow88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold all balances pending investigation, and to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

10.1  wow88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its duty of care toward all Players. Gambling should always be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

10.2  wow88 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years across all services. Players who attempt to circumvent age controls will be permanently banned and any associated funds forfeited.

10.3  wow88 offers the following responsible gambling tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts or automatic logouts triggered by cumulative session duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During self-exclusion, the Account is deactivated and the Player is excluded from all promotional communications.

11.1  All content on the wow88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of wow88 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of wow88.

11.3  The "wow88" name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to wow88. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wow88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service or unplanned Platform downtime;
• Technical errors in games or sports markets, where wow88 acts promptly to correct such errors;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.

12.2  wow88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the incident occurred.

12.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wow88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by wow88's negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13.1  wow88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

13.2  Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account balance subject to these Terms.

13.3  The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Players review this page periodically.

14.1  These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wow88 holds its international operating licence.

14.2  In the event of a dispute between a Player and wow88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through wow88's internal complaints procedure by contacting the Customer Support team. wow88 targets a substantive response to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

14.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body prescribed under wow88's operating licence.

14.4  Nothing in this section limits a Player's rights under the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their applicable local laws.
